Art Tuition
Art Tuition weekend workshops1 My Studio students

Ever wanted to learn how to paint and draw People but don’t know where to start? Then let me teach you how.

As well as painting portraits I also offer regular weekly classes (and occasional weekend workshops) in portrait and figurative art.

Most of my classes are held at my private studio in Doncaster and are available in a range of times / days to suit the individual so please don’t hesitate to get in touch to ask about available times.

Weekly class fees are usually £10 for 2 hours tuition, with refreshments included.

All of my classes and workshops are presented in a friendly and unintimidating way designed to give my students the confidence to expand their artistic boundaries.

It is my belief that using the unique teaching techniques I’ve developed, I can teach anyone who can hold a pencil to paint or draw the human face - even art beginners.

In fact I’m confident I can teach anyone who can hold a pencil how to draw a good likeness in just 8 hours (thats just 4 x 2 hour sessions)

“As a beginner to Art I found this course excellent. Graham is an inspiring teacher, he gave me the confidence to produce a truly wonderful portrait of my only grandaughter.

I would thouroughly reccomend this course.

I only use the finest Artists quality materials on my courses as I strongly believe that Art education should be as much about informing students about the best tools & materials to buy and the advantages of using them as it is about teaching techniques.
