Hi Graham, I’m reaching out to you regarding a previous order that I placed awhile back (December/January) time frame. You may remember.
I ordered the “Turbine Engine / Hachette Engine Upgrade” combo. At that time you offered these two items as a combo at a discounted price. As I mentioned earlier in several emails to you I did not receive the “Hachette Engine Upgrade” piece.
Also after examining the Turbine Engine I found that I did not receive the “optional” BROWNS SWITCHING MACHINE / CENTRIFUGAL GOVERNOR piece.
Please get back to to me and let me know what the next step would be. If I need to reorder the “Hachette Engine Upgrade “ piece please let me know.
